Wow, I hadn't thought about the comic Wormy for years. I t used to be featured in Dragon magazine way back when. I used to love it. The art was cool and it was very funny. I was bummed when it stopped running but I never gave much thought to why it ended. I guess it turns out that the artist went missing. Here is an article, written by the author of another comic in Dragon magazine, about the mystery. The pics are disabled due to copyright issues. Here is an archive of Wormy comics. Another excellent cartoon related site. This one has a lot of news and other interseting tidbits. I will be checking this site out regularly. Thanks to Scrubbles, again.
One note, it seems as though the censorship of cartoons is going to get worse than it already is. This is, of course, a result of the events of 9-11. It seems like Bugs Bunny fighting a gremlin who is intent on sabotaging an airplane, may send some people off of the deep end. Now don't get me wrong, the terrorist attacks were horrendous and there is every reason to be affected by them. BUT, we can't start censoring everything that we create (or have created). We should be respectful but we can't (and shouldn't) sanitize everything. Pretty soon we will be living in a world like that depicted in the movie Demolition Man.

Why is my puppy suddenly crying all of the time that he is in the crate? I really wish he would stop. He was great in it for the first few days but now he is a nightmare. I'm writing this in the same room as his crate to try to calm him down for a bit.
Look at that, he fell asleep. This won't last long.
I'm going to surf a bit.
